IN CASE THE WEATHER IS UNFAVORABLE AND THE COAST GUARD DECLARES THAT ALL WATER ACTIVITIES ARE CANCELED. WE OFFER THE OPTIONS TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SAILING DATE OR GET A FULL REFUND.

FOR 1-9 PAX:
-Request a refund at the latest 3 days before your selected sailing date to get a refund of your security deposit. 
FOR 10-20 PAX :
-Request a refund at the latest 5 days before your selected sailing date to get a refund of your security deposit. 
FOR 21-40 PAX:
-Request a refund at the latest one week before your selected sailing date to get a refund of your security deposit. 
FOR 41 PAX ABOVE: 
-Request a refund at the latest two weeks before your selected sailing date to get a refund of your security deposit.

FOR SAME-DAY CANCELLATION:
-Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, and the FULL PAYMENT amount will be charged.

Your booking is NOT REFUNDABLE if you request a refund NOT FOLLOWING THE LISTED TIME ABOVE. 

REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REFUND MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME TO APPEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
